We recommend arriving at 4 PM. Our DJ will start playing music at that time so the festivities can start at 4:30 PM.

We generally recommend San Diego International Airport or SAN for short as it has the most flights from all the most popular destinations. While you can fly in via LAX, it ends up taking a whole lot longer and a lot more aggravation (LA traffic is a pain to deal with). American Airlines now offers flights in from Phoenix to Carlsbad Airport aka CLD/KCRQ offering a convenient option for those living there or want to make a connection. You may also fly in to Carlsbad via JSX if you are lucky to live in an area that offers flights to Carlsbad. Carlsbad is also an excellent option if you wish to fly via a private plane. This wedding will happen after May 7, 2025 so please make sure you have a passport or real id (enhanced ones work too) as you don't want to cause any delays at security.

You can either drive, carpool, taxi, shuttle, limo or rideshare (uber/lyft). Parking is available at the venue for those who plan to drive to Botanica (our venue). You can leave your car parked until 12PM the following day.

Yes! We plan on serving beer, wine, soda, and a few hard liquor options. There will also be some signature options TBA. No shots, per venue. Bar will be closing at 9:30 PM so we can all leave at 10 PM.

We will have a refreshment station with lemonade, ice water, various teas, and gourmet coffee. Soda will be at the bar. Alternatively, there will be water at the table.

Semi Formal but feel free to dress up in cocktail or even formal attire if you so desire. Shoes wear something nice and comfortable.

For colors we are using purple and gold, though other colors that match that work too. Please do not wear white as that is reserved for the bride. Theme TBA

All RSVP's will be done via the RSVP (coming soon) section on the website. There will be no paper RSVP's though there will be a card in your invite pack that will include a link and a QR code. Please do not mail back the invitation card as it is yours to keep.
